The man giving the massage seems to be very gifted. It seems silly but I noticed he took moments to let the customer experience the massage versus running through a routine.
People that do this kind of work often seem to have a knack for that human connection.
It's nice knowing in general, these kinds of folks mean well, it may not often be noticed enough how grey the world would be without them.
