Yes. Definitely. I'm currently going through the change, and it's uncomfortable to leave that old self that was part of you for so long but isn't serving anymore. But I'm happy to go through this. I usually spend the first hour of my day singing and dancing. It's my way off celebrating life. Since I moved to Hawaii, I now do this on Kahala Beach instead of in my living room. My life is going through major changes, divorce, selling of my house, some deceit being revealed. It looks like what’s happening is mirroring exactly what happened to my twin a few years ago. I was there the in his tower moment. He is no running while I have my tower moment (shifting time lines and losing everything that is out of alignment). But I came to realize he is there is soul, I feel something is literary holding me up.
This tower moment has given me the strength to set more healthy boundaries to his behavior. I saw that I was always spiritually bypassing. I would forgive him before he would step up (we have been in separation for the last half year and I have been through many ego death) . Now I am stronger and call him out for his behavior. Instead of turning the other cheek. Love I am learning is showing what you need and addressing how other people hurt you. Now I am learning to love but still love myself. Actually giving the change to correct his old ways of hiding and running.
I resonate with this. Some is current, and some will be future.
