    The location is becoming very strategic once the new Lonavala tunnel is complete by early 2024 distance to Mumbai, Navi Mumbai Airport is reduced considerably. There are some changes happening on the Urse toll plaza which will give good easy access to this project. The speed at which this project is getting completed is quite remarkable. Every time I visit there is a lot of progress. You buy a villa here for the quality of living, nature and surrounded by beautiful mountains. For puneites this is a great alternative to investing in Lonavala. Yes it will take another 2-3 years for infrastructure to be ready. A great getaway for retirement of weekend living. A great holiday home or second home.

      No Sir, I don't agree
      - Ambey Valley was Constructed in 10000 Acres & Vaarivana is Constructed in 247 Acres , there's tremendous difference in land parcel
      - Ambey Valley is almost 90 Kms Away from the Pune City whereas Vaarivana which is located in just 15 to 20 Kms from the City
      - Vaarivana is connected to the Upcoming Ring Road
      - It's Directly Connected to the Highway
      - This is the Next Upcoming Location where Builders are acquiring land parcel

      Most of the youtubers making this video because of its beautiful scenic view and Amazing Elevation of the Villa, because people are just watching apartments videos only and seeing such Villas gives them exclusivity, they feel good to see such things and people are more inclined to enquire for such properties

    We booked it and had to cancel it as they don’t give possession.. till date do you see anyone living ? No club house nothing.. road is so bad

    2 - 4 crore ka bunglow and no covered parking. My BMW , Fortuner will be in rain and my 2 wheeler also.

    why would anyone with a sane head buy a villa in such a remote area with such a exhorbitant price when one can find a villa at the same price in Kharadi (hub of IT parks in east pune)

      One answer, Ring road that passes from Urse. Once that is ready, any corner of Pune is within 50 minutes max (Hinjewadi will be 15 minutes), and the luxury is unmatched. Also, Navi mumbai airport is closer (timewise) than current pune airport and future purandar airport. Immediate access to Express way.
