If this property comes under PCMC, for a 11000sq.ft house imagine the property tax for an year. Its not worth the tax we pay in pcmc, the facilities by the corporation are pathetic
The garden is too small - the garden should be at least as large as the floor space; that little patch completely destroys the otherwise very nice layout of the villa.

It's a proper gated community
It has security on entrance and also every lane has dedicated security guard
how water and electricity will be provided...what about garbage collection, security, police, hospital etc.
If you go on location and see approaching road to this u will realise
What about 7/12 of the plot? On whose name it will be registered? On the owners name or builders name?

The interior looks great, but with so much space land they could done a better job. The elevation is not at all appealing
