Helpful video, I found my brew unit got stuck one time. To get it out I had to unscrew the 5 screws that hold the unit together and was then able to remove it, but in the process a small rubber piece with two rings fell out and I cannot see where to re-seat it or push into place. Any ideas?

If the brewing unit gets stuck, you should keep the socket machine on for 15 min -then unplug the power 15 min - 15 min power in and the one on- then 15 without. Then the unit resets.
