Hello we use ericsson MD110 and mx-one , our system is noraml and server's ping is ok .but web gui mx-one does not open and i can't manage system operation. What should we do
@@2astra811 thank's for ask my question. I connect To Ericsson MD110 with device. I connect monitor and mouse and keyboard , my device has 4 users . (Eric_admin,eri_s_m,Aastra, Ericssontse,) Which users should I check? and can i restore all system ? Or can i system's hard copy on another SSD ?
@@hossainm67 I'm not familiar with old MD-110 system. On modern MX-ONE there is another default user. Please see my tutorial how to Restore MX-ONE system from backup (ruclips.net/video/nFqxfjFS88o/видео.html) or use PC regen to move configuration (ruclips.net/video/gz413Z7HkHI/видео.html). You will get license violation if you simply try copy disk due to HW ID changing.

Hi, you could try to connect over ssh and check if jboss application server is running.
