Prepare the coating solution in designed container as per BMR and connect the coating solution container to peristaltic pump and FBP main tower through pump and bottom spray nozzle at inlet port chamber. Set the spraying, inlet temperature and coating parameters as per BMR.
Load the good granules in the FBP product container and place the FBP product container in designed place (under the retarding chamber).
Seal the container for pneumatic sealing of product container by inflatable silicon rubber tube and start the coating process as per BMR. During process, can view fluidization state of coating process of the FBP from view port which is provided in expansion area of machine tower, in product container and filter housing for appropriate coating.
During coating process, can check the coating granules with the help of sampling port which is provided to the product container for appropriate coating spray on the granules {as per in process control (IPC) can check the production personnel and record in BMR}.
After completing the coating process, stop the coating process, put off the heaters and bring them to zero. Shake the filter bag vigorously and dust retarding chamber. unseal the FBP container and remove from the FBP chamber.
Discharge the coated granules from FBP product container into the specified containers or poly bags with proper closing and affix the product status label. Transfer the coated granules to the specified area or next process.
