This is just my two cents, but I'd like to think that the theme wasn't played during the fight because that song was about Alpha overcoming the Filtering (if I remember the story correctly) and it feels more like an emotional piece. The fight was more about Lucia trying to show her resolve so Hikari (the song that played during the fight) fits better since it's Lucia's theme.
@SAGREACTS Actually Lucia did win Alpha is the real Lucia the one on gray raven was a clone they made due too the fact she was so powerful and always completed her missions.
