When I take my sheets out of the washer I let my comforter air dry while I dry my fitted sheets. Then put the comforter in solo when others are done. Helps with that issue & I swear it prolongs the life of your comforter!

Hi Maggie! Chronical eczema girlie here! Whatever you do DO NOT get a cortisone cream trust me on this it will take it away at first but it will always come back look for a hydrating butter balm that has good ingredients!
Maggie reading literally cured so much of my anxiety I’m so happy you’re getting into it! Get a kindle if you don’t have one-so nice bc it can be hard to bring a thick book while traveling + waterproof for bath/pool reading! You Can Heal Your Life by Louisa Hay (amazing self-help type) & you will love anything Elin Hildebrand-she’s always writing about the east coast/cape/Nantucket area. Love & Other Words by Lauren Christina is also super cute. There’s a lot of pressure to always read non-fiction self-help books, but I swear reading fiction & getting into a good story helps get you out of your own thoughts/anxiety sm ❤️❤️
You should try liquid IV before you go out. Even drinking propel and getting those electrolytes in before hand I found helps so much with the hangover! I constantly look to see when you post. I have been watching you since you had long hair! Love you ❤
I really love the book Atomic Habits by James Clear! I feel like it's so helpful because it really breaks down how to start habits and keep up with them. Like for instance when you talked about doing habits one thing at a time to improve yourself there's a chapter about bettering yourself by 1% each time. And just adjusting something by 1% lets say it's getting comfortable sheets so you could sleep better:)
Maggie, eczema comes from a food sensitivity! I Had it for yearsss until I did a food sensitivity test, I also used the creams since I was a kid but they just thin out your skin. Find out whats causing the eczema!
Get outside and get 10-15 minutes of morning sun within 30’minutes of waking up. Do it 3 time a day, noon and afternoon also. Go for a 10 minute walk after each meal. That what my functional medicine dr has me doing. Help with your circadian rhythm.

I know this sounds crazy but paul saladino struggled with horrible eczema all over his horrible body and he said the only thing that really worked was cutting out foods with the highest defense chemicals (seeds,nuts,grains,beans). Maybe just give it a try and see if it helps? Your skin is absolutely beautiful, but I just thought I'd share bc I just heard him talk about this on gary breckas podcast:)

Do not drink hunny, a glass of wine or two with dinner is ok, alcohol is not good for our nervous system, hangovers are disgusting also alcohol makes us age faster. Do you own a Bible? Read the book of Psalms, there is nothing better for anxiety and sadness.
@@lexgomez___ I am not, I went through the drinking phase on my twenties, it is not good, not useful and not fun, a healthy life is always more rewarding. This girl is athletic, pretty, great personality, there is no reason to drink in excess. I think she struggles with her mind, only Christ can help with that.

Cutting out caffeine has helped too!
100% I’ve been sober for 2 years and no joke I’ve been so much happier and healthier I get compliments on my skin too on the daily

Put clean tennis balls in the duvet cover and zip it up so it won’t get all twisted!
Zip or button up the duvet cover!! This way the sheets and pillow cases won't get suck inside

Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream, which I get from my dermatologist, works so great for eczema.
read The Five Things by David Melville- such a good book for your mindset and really helped me with anxiety and overthinking
If you put wool dryer balls in the dryer with your sheets it will help separate them!

I use Greek yogurt in my chicken salad instead of mayo since I don’t like mayo.
