I’ve never liked onions. Seriously Never 😅 Only cooked vegetables for my children because that was the “right” thing to do! I never was a big fan of vegetables! Have Always loved meat and dairy. Started carnivore in January. Just turned 65 February 1 and can honestly say I’ve never felt better! IBS gone, down 15 pounds and maybe epilepsy that started at 40 years old will end soon. Many other symptoms have also gone away. I’ve never been one to diet. Are there things, vegetables, mushrooms that don’t cause inflammation?
Congratulations!!! As far as adding vegetables, start with low oxalate like mushrooms, iceburg lettuce, etc and see how you feel 😊

Chicken Crust Pizza? Yes Please
I survived the road to Hana!! Stayed two weeks in Lahaina and a couple days on the Big Island. The ocean was so blue it looked like there was a pool liner on the bottom! Did a snorkeling sail boat cruise and a sunset dinner cruise. It was SO beautiful. That was 35 years ago! So very sad for the people in Lahaina now.

I've made yesterday some keto pizzelle and also Chinese egg roll cookies (called love letter cookies). I'm curious to know if you're willing to someday give your version of that because what I noticed is that they're heavy on butter and I love your version of keto sweets. So here's my suggestions if you have the time someday or interest in making your own version of those 😊

Hi Maria. The only ground chicken i find had seed oil in them including ButcherBox. Do you have suggestions?
Also, do you count the carbs in LMNT. Flavored has them.
Get the cleanest ingredient ground meat you can find. You can subtract the carbs from LMNT because they are from citric acid which acts more like erythritol and allulose in the system instead of other carbs.

You are so amazing I loved the whales here i. New Zealand we have lots of killer Whales through out our summer , I have been a massive scuba diver, no longer just snorkel now, I would love to have the experience of being in the water whilst a killer whale came by so so intelligent , we had a women swimming her daily length of the bay in Coromandel NZ and a killer whale was trailing her trying to play with her she just kept swimming Imwould have been in seventh heaven having that experience .

HELP: How to break a fast for people with Histamine Intolerance? when we can't have bone broth - which is my normal way to break a fast, but now that I can't have that for a time, what do I replace it with that is low histamine and is gentle on gut to step towards eating again?

You should try making bone broth in an instant pot. Lower histamine due to lower cook time
Your first meal of the day breaks a fast, so just anything you want that is low histamine and over 50 calories will be fine 🙂
