- In this video I finish decorating our living room for Christmas 2023. We purchased this new tree this year a few months ago. Each year we have a victorian style tree and this year I wanted to represent England on our main tree. You will see Italy represented in one corner and Spain and Portugal Themed tree in the other corner of the room. This Christmas in Europe theme has been fun to create this year as we travel through the house. We always mix it up and do something different every year. The pillows were new this year Amazon finds, see below link if you are interested. I am moving through the house, we have our family room loft and bedroom to do as well as the kitchen. My , my , my ,..... marathon videos watching on the last 2 weeks WOW cramping sessions abound in sheer bliss.
The breakfast club was busy , inventoring deco stock , shopping , decorating , and cleaning . Food recipes in hand , ready for the holidays.
So today , well, what a treat.
I personally love it when you pull out the furniture to decorate the trees. I get to sneek a peek on treasures normally not showcased as often. What a home you have. M u st. Be Christmas 365 days a year.

Today's breakfast treat was bagels lox cream cheese capers , German coffee with stollen cake. It's a bit of a rest period before all the craziness of next week.

Oh my ! was I in for a wonderful treat : this living room is absolutely gorgeous with those trees, one being nicer than the other, displaying beauty "all around" ! The nice flowers arrangements, the Santas in their majestic costumes, this amazing golden, rocking horse that brings a fairy touch, every where our eyes lay, there is beauty to look at ; even the ceiling keeps the magic going on. Wow! Love those beautiful deer you put on the coffee table, and love those battery-operated pine cone "candle" lights! I haven't seen anything like those before, I need to get myself some! The decorations are overwhelming but so beautiful. So much to look at. I can imagine how cozy and gorgeous it is at night with the lights turned on. I was going to wait until Thanksgiving Day to start putting up my tree, but after watching a couple of your videos, I think I'm going to start earlier. Like - this weekend :)

You do manage to do something different every year. I’m into the mid century style. I used to do bronzes, antiques, French Empire, Regency, Neo Classical. I no longer, after 30 years of collecting, have my collection. So, even though I do really only mid century contemporary now, I still enjoy popping in to your channel, to see what you’re doing. I’ve told people about your channel. I started watching you, just about the time you first started it. Love the Chesterfields too!

Hi ya Jeff , I did comment on tree decoration in the English Victorian style but I don't know what happened but it disappeared. So I'll do it now I love it it's so beautiful my kind of Christmas Victorian England . I just love the colours . Tammy has to take it easy because of injections in her spine but she's helping me make some Victorian Christmas ornaments. I'm putting up our tree on wed in the living room and decorating the room it will probably take me a week LoL . Going back looking fixing you know what I mean . I told you I was a complex case. The Docs there are afraid to do surgery. To fix the problem they will attempt to fix it endoscopically. Will it work? I had a tooth filled last wk. and 2 days ago I had a root canal and I'm having knee surgery Nov. 22. Then on Dec. 6, 7,& 8 I have 3 Mayo appts. in 3 towns in 2 states. I'm getting sick & tired of this. I hope I might, by, chance be able to enjoy the season! A least a little bit. My granddaughter is coming today for 8 days. Excited for her!
Estelle ! After all this work you will not make it past an airport check in.... federal building entrance ......without a Doctor's ....most of all don't walk near a recycle yard that uses that big pick up magnet ! Lol ! Blessings and fun with your Grandaughter !
