Tata nano as an Electric Vehicle would not only be the perfect blend but would also be the greatest comeback of TATA in Indian automotive history! Mr. Ratan Tata's intention to serve the Indian people through this car should not go in vain.
I have Nano CX and it's my first car and I love it a lot. I have gone on trips to Mathura, Rishikesh and Amritsar just by Nano.....and all of them has been amazing tripos.
With MG Comet in the market now, it is the perfect time to reintroduce Nano in its electric form. Nano is way better looking than Comet. A small compact 4 seater is now a must have in narrow Indian roads
Always been a grt fan of Tata Nano and drove it for abt 7 yrs and around 70000 kms plus. The best vehicle for the city and if at all comes in the electric variant I will definitely be one of the customer. The little difficult part is to replace the stepnie, boot space constrain earlier and cooling system. I hope aesthetic inside and outside will be upgraded and will be made more attractive for the new generation.
tata nano ev would be the comeback story for tata motors. cant wait for the day they announce this. I think it may be in the works. the market is theirs to capture. Already dominating the ev market in India and the increased congestion in most tier 1 cities, nano ev is the perfect car for city commutes. Please bring one soon Its gonna sell itself if the range features and pricing hit the spot.
No chance as it cost more than 6 lakhs, and people will not be ready to spend that much on a nano due to brand name. I have a nano for more than 10 years and even my parents are shy to get inside it still

I'm a Tata Nano Car owner, it was my first Car & I still use it. I sincerely request Mr.Ratan Tataji Please Please bring this, launch it as earlier as possible.
If they give us the option to legally convert our old petrol Nano to electric, it would be great news to some one like me who has loved this car over the years.
Jayem Autos used to be the R&D division for the earlier Nano and the reason for JTP version for Tata.. Hope the Nano EV would be having better marketing this time than the previous Nano :)
This is a car which everyone MUST HAVE! Because of traffic situation of country, easy to park, doesnt take much space on road, best for students and market

I really hope Tata Motors will bring back Nano in EV... For the space and the value for money, its the best car... Hope tata will also work on all the feedback recd for ICE model..
I would like one for sure! Tata should make premium version of this nano nio as well with all modern features. This should be "city car" and not "garibo ki gadi"
Loved this concept. Just make it well cushioned for roads and little power and escalation up. Also work on noise of fans. Then launch it in market under 3 lacs and boom it will rock the Market
With just 17kw battery & small range of 120-130km along with not a great power of 24hp. I feel this car is very good for city only with cost of around 2.5lk to 3lk that's it.

Tata Nano can reintroduce the same with better interiors and better power and slightly bigger battery and pit it against MG comet. If Tara could place this below Tiago ev at the price tag of 6 to 8 lakhs with the upgrades, it will be game changer for the hatchback segment.

Will u buy 7L on road nano ev or say a Hyundai i10 nios ? 🤔

True. Safer than bikes

If Tata works on the design. And issues like engine power, noise and insulation, it can be a great buy. Like the snazzy little Italian cars.

... i drive a Nano XT 2014 model ... the only component i changed was its wiper hose & tyres .... rest the car is running perfectly fine ....
Safety is the main concern apart from other small issues. If Safety can be improved somehow then it can be a gamechanger.
Yes like to have one tata hybrid EV with more safety features
