The reality is this will not fix your problem. It makes a for a fun,.snappy youtube short that often makes people think they know what they are talking about. If this is your posture,, you need to be in the gym strengthening the entire posterior chain. Hamstrings, glutes, upper back. In addition to a LOT of core work. Planks, side planks, dead bugs etc. Then once all of that is done, start integrating functional movement patterns like squats and deadlifts. You can be looking at a years worth of work here.

My body has always been like this since I was a kid and I thought that was normal, and I always wondered, why if my belly is flat and small, it stil sticks out like if I was 4 months pregnant, also why it hurts there on the lower back when I walk too long or exercise and only there. Now I know this is something wrong and must be fixed, but it's hard for me to press my lower back like you did, no matter how hard I tried, my lower back simply can't touch the wall, and it's ever harder to keep it like that talk walk, without putting my shoulders down. I have a question, won't this make your butt smaller!?, another question, can I just try doing this like trying to stick the lower back to the wall and hold it for a minute, then rest, and do it again, I don't know like 10 times a day ij a raw, maybe do it laying down on the floor too, would it help!?, maybe more than 10 times, I don't know, at least until I am able to walk like that?

a gap will be always there, you just reduce it.
Important is, that you keep it going on doing, because you can feel how many muscles you train there. especially a lot of muscels on the fron body too, which are super essential to stabilize the whole back. Hope that helps and don't give up ☺️

If I remember correctly this is the result of constant sitting and leaning over to work on a desk, hence the name “computer guy posture” so it’s not natural.
However there should be a curve in your lower back, just not as severe. If there is no curve then it’s possible you got flatback posture which is just as bad.

There is one God, who created Heaven and Earth. He made us in His image and likeness. He made us to worship and we chose to rebel against God. As a result we are seperated from God but God didn’t leave us. Instead God sent His one and only Son, His Son is Jesus. He was born of a virgin and lived a life without sin, though He was tempted in every way as we are. He went on the cross and He willingly took our sins past, present and future. Jesus died in my place for my sins, paying my debt to God and purchasing my salvation. Jesus died but He rose on the third day victory over satan, sin, demons and hell. Jesus tells us to share this story of the Good News and there’s a God that lovingly pursues us. Jesus is coming to judge the living and the dead and those who trust in God will forever be with Him in His Kingdom and those who do not will suffer forever in hell...

Been doing this since my doctor recommended and I correct myself atleast 6-8 times a day and my backs still sore a lot. Mind you I don’t work out or stretch. Started to about a month ago and going everyday. Still not much improvement for me

My mom use to make me do this when I was a kid. Which I thought was ridiculous! But now that my low back hurts and I’ve been diagnosed with anterior pelvic tilt I was amazed to see this video!! New perspectives!:)
