This is the best channel!! My neck, shoulders, back and hips are doing so much better from using just a few of the simple moves from this channel. Thank you so much!!
I’m currently 16 years old and my back has been like this my whole life and I have a lot of pain in my lower back because of this. . . I really hope this works, thanks!!
It did help a bit, I did really struggle with the exercises though because oh how much my pelvic bone tilts. . . I’m most likely going to go to a chiropractor soon just to see if there are any other exercises, or just anything they can do to help. And I can update on whatever they tell me. Btw nice user name!!
Bruh I thought this wouldn't work but it worked. I am absolutely shocked how effective this is. Not only did it fix my pelvis tilt but also masked my rounded back. Also it's not uncomfortable to hold this position throughout the day.
lol for me its the absolute opposite... I cant do it without bending my knees forward and even then its really hard to do on the wall I have to go against the door casing and use my hands to press against the opposite side of the casing so that I can stretch my back while my but head heels and shoulders still touch the casing... obviously I cant walk if I release the hands or straighten the nees everythings go back to what it was. and may have like slightly less curved lower back than the guy in the video lol
This exercise was given to my daughter at the age of 13 when her spine was taking an “s” curve. She shared it with her teacher and she allowed the whole class participate for the class year. These students are now 30+ years of age and walking tall. She is a conductor on trains.
Thank you listen to him and practice it all women it will not only weaken your core as a woman as you get older it weakens your pelvic floor and cause incontinence .
Reading many comments of people asking questions. I guess none of them read any other comments. If they had, they would have quickly realized that neither the originator of this video nor readers of the comments offer answers.
My mom use to make me do this when I was a kid. Which I thought was ridiculous! But now that my low back hurts and I’ve been diagnosed with anterior pelvic tilt I was amazed to see this video!! New perspectives!:)
It may be more difficult to adjust your hips into the proper position while sitting, especially since sitting for extended periods can be a contributing factor to pelvic tilt. If you can, we encourage you to try while standing so you can get a good idea of what the proper alignment feels like.
Thank you. I've tried this many times over the years, but can only do it with knees quite bent. Then I can only hold the posture away from the wall, with knees still bent, which doesn't work. Any ideas/advice please? Gracias ✌🏾

Thank you so much. I didn’t understand why exactly I almost always had lower back pain despite having an otherwise very strong and flexible body. This is an eye opener. One question - I am pushing to touch my upper body to the wall and unable to close the gap without bending my knees and taking some support. Is it okay?
I saw another vid where some chiropractor said to lay over a chair side on your stomach to correct what I think was this. I can’t find it now. Yours is a great one to do that, though.
As a person with a severe form of lordosis (I was told it was hyper lordosis), this will not work and actually will cause me more pain. I've tried so many different exercises similar to this and back braces and nothing but MORE pain.
This is what I truly need. My posture, core and hips are a bowl of confusion and pain. Thank you so much for this. 🙂
Maureen Gannaway - Thank you for describing my exact problems also. I hope his advice helps.👍🏽🌹
Any updates?
Same thanks to a car accident I had growing up… now I feel like a young adult in a senior citizens body.. so unfair but at least I’m not paralyzed. 🙏🏽
Same😢
Same here bro.
Got a little bit of scoliosis in the lumbar, pelvic tilt both side and back, and a tilted knee, and a sprained shoulder. 😭🥲🥲
Thank you!! Been dealing with SI pain for over a year. And no one has offered a fix I can do at home!! Really appreciate it. Tired of being in pain!!
How are you doing now?

Thank you for this. I’ve been stretching the front of my hips and strengthening my glutes using other exercises and it’s been helping a lot.
