First I loved the left-wing enviromentalist Ultimate Thor. Than I hated that his powers came from machines. Even if before we discovered that he was indeed a norse god, that was a wrong choice to develop the character. So, even if I kinda like him, not even close to the 616 version. That said, nice to see he's back.
If this is in the 616 Universe, there's 616 Thor on Asgard's throne and Ultimate Thor using Mjolnir capable of replacing his tasks with the Avengers however this could be taking place in the future as it's Doom 2099.
Tony stark as Kang may be my favorite change they made in the new ultimate universe. And how they retconned his backstory to still involve Reed Richards and Dr. Doom was inspired. The only thing I want to see now is ultimate Kang meet main universe Kang
