Chinese New Year 2024 in Binondo | gōngxǐ fācái 🧧

This was our first time celebrating Chinese New Year in Binondo Manila 🧧🥢 Indeed a great experience!
Binondo (Chinese: 岷倫洛; pinyin: Mínlúnluò; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Bîn-lûn-lo̍h) is a district in Manila and is referred to as the city's Chinatown. It is the oldest Chinatown in the world, established in 1594. [google]
We often go to Binondo on a normal day. Eating siomai & siopao are best when you're in this place. On February 10, 2024, we decided to go and experience the Chinese New Year there. We had a free photo (photobooth) from TikTok as well as a free Tikoy! We had free notepads from 2Go travels and many more freebies. We watched a lot of Dragon dance at the Lucky China Town Mall and along the streets of Binondo. There are cosplayers, local kid's DIY dragon dance, famous duck clips, buddha statues, and overflowing food trips! 🤍
