Only in the starting moments of the draft and you miss out on King Nakamura. He was in TNA about ten years ago for a brief moment of time. Lets hope that Nakamura does pop around sometime soon in the video.

Fun fact: Adam Pearce had a wrestling match in TNA. It was one of the old Guy Check things they used to do putting potential talent against one another for the possibility of getting a contract. R-Truth also wrestled there a few times under Ron Killings.

Try a normal draft but everyone’s popularity is at 1. Makes it interesting since you can use whoever you want but you have to properly build them up to get good ratings
Hey so you know for your WCW video aj styles actually wrestled a match on nitro in a tag team match known as air raid under the ring name Air styles

Call out's should start a rivalry 100% however after that I would put it as more of a chance with lesser the higher the level is. Like 75% for 1>2, 60% 2>3 and 45% 3>4.
As the level represents the hype around the matching and it's harder to build more hype when there is already hype. I would add in an exception if 2 call outs in one week happen for a single rivalry that it guarantee's one will happen with the chance of the second.
There are some things that can easily improved upon in the game. I would even say a run in could increase the chances of a call out by 15%, so a run in with a call out at would then boost a 1>2 to a 100% and a 2>3 to 75% and finally a 3>4 to 60%.
This way call out's will not feel like as big a gamble as it currently is.
Matches are something that needs more work as you want wrestlers to wrestle without picking up rivalries all the time but can start one when you want it, then when the wrestlers are already in one build upon it, maybe like my formula for call out's but with +10% to the chances that I had listed.
Just some basic ideas off the top of my head.

I used to have a wrestling podcast, interviewed a new local company that started in my city and they opened an academy so I joined a year later and been training for 2 years now
