  • While fighting some stubborn mudders, we decided it was finally time to build a bead blaster. It more than handled the job and was a lot of fun to build.

    I guess great minds think alike ! Because after you got. That pipe welded on using it as a potatoe cannon was the first thing that came to my mind I bought my son a used 4 wheeler that had sat on flats before i bought the machine and as hard as i tried i couldnt get those old tires to bead I didnt know the bead blaster trick Untill years later That little girl inn the video is a cutie ! My children. Are all grown up and the girl reminded me of my daughter hanging out in my shop at that age ! Now my daughter has a 1 year old girl these days that hopefully will like doing th same thing as she grows up

    While some seem to appreciate the silence of these guys, I wish there was at least some comment on the thought process. The most important thing that these guys did was to have the fill hose connected and flowing while you seat the bead. From watching a bunch of other videos, that is the one thing most others are missing. If the tire is really stiff, it will just pop back off the rim if you don't have air flowing into the valve stem. Where do you get a fitting for this? Why didn't they talk about this?
    Now, the part about turning it into a potato gun didn't need any words. That was a totally obvious thing to do after the tires were done!

      The bigger pipe actually does better dumping the large volume quickly. We screwed on a smaller pipe for fun launching some arrows but it bleeds off too slow for seating beads I think. Thanks for watching and subscribing!

    2:35 what happen if you dont fil the thank with water ??

    • @MasterJacks
      @MasterJacks  4 года назад

      Probably nothing, but it's a good idea from a safety standpoint to have water in the tank or fresh air moving through it. This prevents possible ignition or pressure buildup in an old tank that once held fuel.

      Ezequiel Moran buy 2 of thee tanks. Air one up until it explodes. Air the 2nd one up with a little less pressure & it should not explode.

    Why don't you guys use the right sized wrench for any of those fittings/bolt heads? Every time one of my guys goes for an adjustable wrench or slip joints, I give them hell bc I don't want to strip it or round the hex...that's why there's a proper wrench for every application.
