I know the feeling bro. I went from a Gold at the Arnold’s in March to a total bomb out in September all from a water cut gone wrong. Literally got back in the gym that Monday and scouring the calendar for the next one! Just keep grinding bro🤛🏾

Traveling, making weight, someone else’s equipment. A lot of times its hard to time warm ups and the time in between lifts is totally out of your control. Plus you are probably looking at heavy singles performed as the only CNS taxing lift for a day, not 9 lifts. Your home gym is a super controlled environment where you will always perform your best.
@@BlackSeasGoldthat also can be true and that also can’t. 80% of athletes hit whatever they aim for at worlds and weeks leading up to it. Austin Perkins is one of those examples. Watch his training videos before and after meet. Taylor Atwood, Pana, Cayco, Gustav, Ekrustev, Timothy, Delaney and so on. Only 10% might be on something don’t blame all powerlifters.
