How in hypertension there is underfilled vessels?

Because there is resistance in the vessels the amount of blood entering it from the cardia is less compared to when there's no hypertension

In 1st systole, part of total end diastolic volume will backflow into atrium. So for the next systole end diastolic volume will be higher cuz the previous volume that had regurgitated will be added
