Brand wise I will suggest you SJCAM. For 4k & slow motion, other Sj6 Legend or SJ7 Star is a good one with a good & similar price tag. Trust me, Procus Rush has a damn bad video quality. Though they have many specs to boast but its all vain for that poor video quality. Between Procus Rush or Sj 4000 wifi, Go with SjCam.
Does it supports 64gb micro sd ?
YES, it does support a 64gb micro sd card. I use it with a high speed 64gb memory card and it works well.
