You kids are so wonderful and charming. I can't wait to see how the daily challenge goes. We have been in South America for the past 10 months (slow travel) and Colombia was one of our favorite countries. Love the food you can eat in Colombia, not just Colombia food, but all other dishes from around the world. Colombian restaurants are awesome. Enjoy your travels.

If you go to medellin go to Guatape... it has a large stone that you climb I do hope you go to Cartagena.. it's the most romantic ciry....full of history

On the New Year you could spend Reveillon on Copacabana beach, with very beautiful fireworks. But both are high season dates and should be reserved much before.
