- In this video I'll show you how I set up and use the Dual Rate/Exponential function on the Flysky i6S transmitter. This feature is typically used for airplanes and NOT quadcopters. We'll talk more about why dual rates and expo matters in another video.

@@RCwithAdam1 my radio control FS 10ch white i6s on my rc wheel loader hydraulic i use battery 3s when the battery is weak she still full on my radio screen the set up from factory is
high voltage.6.0
alarm.4.2
low.4.0
i have little alarm pieces i use it her on my loader she will tell me when the battery is low l😂l my recever is 10ch.. thx again bud beautiful channal
I have fs i6s with latest soft ware and when I go to rate expo it will only let me assign rate /expo function to CH 1 2 and 4 . I do not get null and then ability to reassign a switch for a dull rate . ch 1 2 or 4 are only standard or expo function. Any ideas?

OK I have no rate/expo switch setting on screen just rate/expo. Is the a software that gives these functions the one available on Flysky site is the same as in my TX 2.0 july 2019

Hi Adam, I am curious if an aux channel setting or mixing would have the ability to allow one of the 2 gimbals to do completely separate functions? The reason for asking as I have an RC excavator that I would like to reprogram the right stick through aux channel or mixing to control the tracks instead of the bucket and arm.
Hi! I think yes! I have a video coming out soon about aux channels, but suffice it to say you can assign aux channels to the sticks.
@@RCwithAdam1 I watched your video on aux channels and found it informative. And I don't think I was clear on my question but I was hoping to use channels 3 and 4 normally on the right stick and then with the flip of an aux switch have it changed to control channels 5 and 6.

Some say on the fsi6x negative expo loosens the throws. Is it plus or minus?
Hi! It is (or should be) POSITIVE expo for less stick sensitivity near the center position. Perhaps some people are experiencing a firmware bug.
1:18 It wasn't Flysky that decided that. Tradionally RC switches are set as far away as possible from the joysticks. That's why when powered on (openTx) we hear "Switch warning" if any switch isn't in the correct position.
I dont know if the TX described is a FS-i6s because mine states on the box etc it is a Fs-i6s but the screens are not what appears in video unless there are variations of fs i6s that are called that model. I have no dual rate function to set Itried to download a"newer version'" of firmware at various internet sites but always get " cannot load older version of firmware" warning. I thought maybe he had a newer version of firmware. So at this point I'm nowhere in getting dual rates in the fs i6s tx i have.

My FS i6s has no rate expo sw list on screen just the rate expo in list. so again don't know what version of an FS i6s this guy has but screens have different listings than mine

Which version of firmware are you using? I can't find rate switch option on my receiver.
It's the May 2019 version.

Hi! I've never tried the FS-TH9X. But between the two, I would say if you want to fly planes a lot, go with the TH9X. If you almost exclusively fly quads, go with the i6S. My fav is the i6X.
