It's one thing where the supervisor/manager is a stickler for no good reason and abusing their power. It's a different thing when workers just like to BS and reject accountability. It's like the episode where Mordo and Rigby had to work with Muscle Man and High-Five Ghost and all Muscle Man did was check in with Benson every now and then regarding their work. They slacked off, too, but not as much as Mordo and Rigby.
