The story of Vega, is like the Chinese story of the Spinning Maid and the Cowherd. Except the Spinning Maid is the one who crosses the Bridge of Magpies to be with her husband because she's lighter. Also, they had two children. In China it's the eighth day of the eighth month that the couple reunite. And it's the Chinese equivalent of Valentine's Day. 💌 🙂
Yeah, when I was reading about this story there are many variations across different cultures. But it's believed to have originated in China. It's a beautiful tale 😍
