Ten grand each is for the name and the buying of the friends ideas for, and so LVP & Ken, jumped on the bandwagon of lies and deceits, undermining both of the Tom's. That's their bad. Watching 5/12 episode now, I just heard Brittney tell Jax "she sure will", when he told her "she could follow his whereabouts on her cellphone" as they cut to commercial. It makes me sad to say, but Brittney is wasting her time. That marriage is only going to last as long as Brittney wants it to. My analysis of how LVP dupe the Tom Tom.
The only thing the Tom's has is the name imprinted on the entrance of the business and that there cannot be verified by legal docs. Lvp is smart, look at how she dupe Nene from purchasing a lot space and Lvp now own the lot purchase.
Then the Tom's believing they would have full run of the bar. Heck no, LVP promoted daughter to run the place and oversea the day to day. Both Tom's were doomed from the start.
But I pray that it is a lessoned learned and to hire a lawyer as to negotiate the term's.
Because they both were duped and swindled. A doggy dog world we lived in.
Especially in the cocktail drinks, LVP hiring this lady mixologist to come in and fixing what has already is, the business savvy of it all, the hoodwink, bamboozled by of it all; these drinks just needed a little tweaking to be just right.
10K each is nothing, the K should be negotiated with terms for more shares stock in the business within a five to ten years investment period. Ten grand each is for the name and the buying of the friends ideas for, and so LVP & Ken, jumped on the bandwagon of lies and deceits, undermining both of the Tom's.

That's their bad. They had been given chances to show their dedication and guess what they would NEVER have been able to come up with the capital needed nor could they handle the risk of opening the restaurant. The smart thing to do would have been to get a lawyer, and take EVERY possible opportunity to learn how to run a restaurant. They could have went on to open a lounge or something else following that. Thats the way the world works. They had a chance to be mentored but acted like the drunk idiots they are.
