@@headwayio That's a hard one because I'm uncovering topics as I dig deeper into pre-project scoping techniques. This probably wouldn't warrant an entire topic, but one thing that stood out in your video was how quickly you identified the different views and variations each screen would require. I imagine this probably boils down to experience, but in my opinion it's the hardest part to get right. I'd love to hear an expanded explanation of how you make sure you're capturing all the different types of screens the user will expect. Another content idea - showcase an example session where you work through this process with a real (or fake?) client. I probably wouldn't sit down to watch a full four hour session, but if you did an ESPN-highlight version I'd totally check that out.

I was once told that I should divide my flowchart into individual problems, because otherwise the whole process can be too confusing. e.g. forgotten password, login, these are 2 main problems.

Yeah that's a fantastic strategy, we've leveraged opacity to callout specific flows in the context of the larger flow.
