So… I’m very excited. I spent about a year learning sketch up which somehow led me to procreate and well my drawing and painting days were off and running. I haven’t been back to sketch up based on computer or lack of but I feel like I need to get back to it some and the; seeing this video was so exciting because I knew there would be a way to use them together. My favorite part was probably the whole video, because I would love to learn how to do that! 🤭 Otherwise, I really enjoyed the part about SketchUp for the lines. I use Blender, and now I’m wondering if it’s possible to import models from Blender into SketchUp!
The most difficult thing for me is finding references 😂 As it looks easy while watching the tutorial but when I jump to find it on Pinterest or street views... there were so many references that my mind felt dizziness 😵 Selecting some from that is like impossible for me... What should I do now 🤕 ?!

I was always affraid Sketchup might be too hard to learn for me. Maybe it's time to give it a chace
The one thing I don't like in modern anime art - bland colours and too much light sources. Like even in real life there's no so much lights.
I think it's kinda nice for that soft vibe or feeling that's why it works for visual novels and slice of life
