Great to see a Triton wheeling - hopefully once the fuel issue is sorted, it should be fine on the tracks.

Love my Triton - never had an issue & it’s a beast off-road - 2 inch lift, 33s & factory rear locker. It’s only those boys with 35s cutting up the tracks stops it when it runs out of clearance!

Dads 4m41 pajero did the same thing after a fuel filter change. Air was getting in as we didnt quite tighten it up enough. A quarter of a turn of the fuel filter and away she went 🤣

Either it doesn't have a lsd or it needs to be shimmed. My triton I had used to do stuff like this easy.

I have had the same thing happen to me with a triton, not sure what the issue was but it basically fixed itself after a long time of just continuing trying to start and run it. never happened again.

Great content mate. I was up there a few weeks back after heavy rain And had some issues getting out from your first campsite. It was really slippery up there. Barrington tops is my favourite spot. Fun tracks and great camps!

When you park up the camper to go exploring, do you lock the wheels? Be a bugger to come back and find it gone 😢

So the crap in the bottom of the Triton's tank got shaken up big time on the tracks, and finished up in the filter. When draining the filter, you must unscrew the water sensor from the bottom and clean it - otherwise it keeps it's water no matter how many times you empty the main filter. It has it's own little bowl , filter, and float (assuming it's similar to a Toyota one. It looks like the same style.) There must have been a dash light as well?
Just a filter. Unscrew the sensor out the bottom and that's it. Crap still gets through them. That's why I run a pre filter. 2 filters in 6 month's from bad fuel it was needed.

On the challenges has a breather pipe to the tank behind the rear wheel which can such in water into the tank stupid idea have a look to see if the triton
If it was cold it can gell and when it warms up sometimes you can drive on , but you always needs to carry a spare filter in a diesel for speedy repair, bummer

It’s such an eye opener when you get acclimatise to a modded patrol then you take a stock (ish) hilux/triton/ ranger ect ect wheeling with you lol..mozy down a track thinking everything will be fine and caos is just unfolding behind 😂

I prefer the TD42 GQ for tough off roading, the GU TB48 is a nice family tough tourer

I think the axe is mainly used for splitting. Splitting axes are not very sharp, they don't need to be.
Pajero front diff conversion they r lsd. Throw them in there only way to learn
