I wasted the first 3 years of my IT career by not participating in the tech communities, freelancing efforts, opensource contributions, conferences and networking activities.
I did not have enough guidance back then to take part in the community activities. In this video, I will explain in detail the mistakes that I did and how you can avoid them to build a better career.

Dude i wasted 10yrs preparing for civil services and failed. I got a Salesforce developer job through proxy, but ran away from the job bcoz i know nothing.

Most of the people would have done the same .The problem is there is no mentor or guidance in your early days of your career. It’s not about skills mostly guidance.
