I just purchased the b68 and I LOVE it. All the features are so user friendly and the different stitches come out beautifully stitched! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a combo serger/overlock machine.
4:01 Hi Meghan, as an advanced beginner sewist I always enjoy your presentations. I recently saw your video on the Pfaff Admire Air 7000. I’m considering that one and the Bernette b68. Taking into account functions and ease of use, I would really appreciate your opinion on which of the two machines work better for someone wanting to dive into serging? I have taken 3 classes on different machines, but none of them appealed to me like these two.
Both of those machines are great sergers to start with! The perk of the Pfaff Admire Air would be the machine walks you through the steps you need to take to get through each different stitch, whereas the bernette b68 is more manual. We'll add this to the list for a future This or That video, so thanks for the suggestion. Try them out in stores to really get a feel for them!

If you're getting skipped stitches, the first thing we recommend is to check your needles. If your needles are getting dull, or if they're not seated all the way to the top, you'll get skipped stitches when you start. Hope that helps!

Really appreciate your comment since I’m considering this purchase.
I LOVE my b68. It's a beast and works like a dream.

Good morning
Can I get some information from those who own a b68, especially related to skipped points when working as a coverstitch?
