Tbh I'm not sure what kind of jd they look from freshers They would say job profile is on avail for freshers however they would still look for experience Now I'm terms of experience if you're looking for job in different domain even having experience ,as new domain they look specific experience i must sure the person who is applying isn't coming directly without any knowledge and if they ask what is your notice period sun krrr call dropped areee to fir experience walo bande ko reach out hi kyyy krte hai if you can't accept notice period that's why most of candidates decline offer letter while joining..
