The Dollar for Dollar Education Plan (2001) - assisted with 50% of students' tuition fees. The Government Assisted Tertiary Education/GATE which was established in 2004 covered full tuition fees (100%) for undergraduate students and 50% for postgraduates up to 10,000 per year.
