So just to be clear you paint the gel medium or modge podge on bottom an then over the newspaper…i have the latter so jus wondering if modge podge will dry clear etc.? Also if i want the gel medium i assume i can find that in art stores? Is it known as glue or something youd using for sticking stuff down?
