I like your diagrams of the embarkation building! And the advice of where to sit in the Haven waiting lounge. What time did you arrive at the port?
If you want to get on first, sit near the entrance to the Haven waiting area. However, we watched for the Haven escort and lined up on the rope near the entrance and just moved forward when the time came. If you do not care, there no other preferred seating.
We got to the-port about 10:00, and it took about 45 min to get in the Haven waiting area.
I would suggest arriving by 10:00 or earlier.

Love your video. We’re staying in the Haven so how do you request alcohol for your room?
Thanks for the compliment. The concierge is not allowed to bring you drinks from the bar. You will have to order them yourself and bring them back to your room. Some haven suites allow you to pre-select three bottles of alcohol that will be there as soon as you board. There is a deadline for preselecting,
@@rhettmcnorton2531 so it’s a specific type of Haven room that you can pre-select your alcohol? How do we find out?

For Owner’s Suites & Garden Villas:
1 bottle of Moet Champagne upon embarkation
Custom selection of liquor (1 bottle for cruises less than 7 days; 3 bottles for cruises 7 days or longer) upon embarkation
2 bottles of spring water replenished daily
2 bottles of sparkling water replenished daily
6 canned sodas replenished daily.
Also I remember the room class determines the perks, for example we were in a H5.
