COMMENTS:
Amaze could have shut his mouth amd allowed the teams to work their way without any interruptions. Team 2, in my opnion, was over-all better in all points. Both Team 1 & Team 3 appeared and performed unrealistically. The closest team to realism was on Team 2, I have no idea who Amaze is, but he is childish and unprofessional as a host. He shouldn't be interrupting teams, even pausing their setup every 30 seconds without even pausing the timer... Other than that, none of the teams really did it realistically. In real life as a S.W.A.T. raid, you wouldn't straight out do the raid. There's an entire process, the team would first scout the area, and receive a blueprint of the entire area, a blueprint of the structure they'll be raiding. Including the important information of who lives there and how dangerous they could be. Amaze really doesn't understand the concept of hosting events like this.

Seems like he was basing his ratings on realism... So if nothing about this was towards realism, then why would he refer ratings towards being realistic via the entire performance ratings.
I am not at all being rude... If it seems that way, then I don't know how else to say it to decrease its tone. I never made any claims about hating his voice, in-fact I also didn't say anything about restricting him from speaking. It's fine when he does it properly, being fair instead of taking time away from each team by stopping their setup without stopping the timer for them. It's unfair, as each team won't have an equal amount of time in creating their setup.
Or at least speaking to them without pausing their setup, allowing them to speak and continue their setups.
he says unrealistic to have swat liverized vehicles but those are in almost every brigade for non-tactical breaches. their goal isnt to sneak in, its to neutralize threats.

As well as, they don't just pull up and raid... They have a whole process IRL, as they scout the area and get visual/printed blueprints of the entire area including the layout of the building. Amaze has literally 0 knowledge on realism, he interrupts the teams in their tracks and overall he is the one who messes everyone up.

As a trained swat member in an Erlc private server, this was painful to watch. No stacking and nobody was looking anywhere but at you when they breached. So many more things but I loved the vid.

Personally I would have a shield guy with a Glock at the front, next to him and a bit behind a dude with a shotgun and the other 4 giving full auto lethal coverage
I was a guy in team 1 and I do admit we were a bit rubbish but we all thought it would just be Amaze in the house and the house was quite small.

what i was saying was 2 go around back and a sheild goes thru the froung door one person looks to the right to kill the one on the right and then one goes a lil to the left to take out amzeplays
My Idea for raiding: 2 Members go to the back door, breach from there. The other 3 breach the front door and the last person stays outside and only enters the house if needed. For Cars: 2 Dodge Chargers infront, they block the way on other roads, then we have a bearcat with some swat members, and then any car at the back for the police officer. All the other cars will have Swat Members only. That is my idea.
Would be better if the teams had split for different entrances for the house like back door, window and front door taking out all of them. And for appearance 2 crwn vids or dodge chargers in front n back 1 on each side and bearcat in the middle.
2 people for each entry then one cop outside for “support”

Unfair at the end team one had a bus stop for cover wich gave that person a good chance in their one v one and the other one was fine

Team 2 was the most coordinated and best looking team in my opinion but regardless they were all pretty unorganized. Maybe they could've been better if they had more time to prepare and breach
They definitely werent they breached the house with the battering ram infront of the ballistic shield which caused more casualties.

My SWAT Team consists of:
1 Regular Police Officer (The Driver)
4 Officers with Automatic guns (in the back)
Me as the Commanding Officer (in passenger seat so i can manage the discord and CAD)
1 Sniper Officer
and 1 back at the station as Dispatch.
then depending on the type of callout we have 2 Squads
Squad 4 and Squad 5 so
Squad 4 is Car crew in a dodge (All with automatic rifles)
Squad 5 is the truck crew as explained above.
In a SWAT team i like mine to be structured so ranks? yea we don't use the in game rank structure we use my ranks based off the LSPD and a Supervisor is Lieutenant+
We host a rollcall at the start of "Shift" so at the start of session all my squad members are to meet in the Police HQ. and we finish every session back at station. In my SWAT team procedure is a must and failing RP is prohibited and is a written warning to any member guilty of failing RP.
I recommend writing a structure to anyone running a SWAT Team, i also train my own people in both theory and practical so Knowledge and in game Tryouts.

15:00 i would say that they would loose a point for the taser swats dont have tasers when breaching houses and for team 2 swat doesnt have police tape or wouldn’t have cones do block it off when swat is raiding.a house they dont block roads
some swat teams do have tasers it depends on what they are doing and if they are going to kill someone

how has team 1 got a 6/10, thats a 2, only 1 guy lived, team 2 should be 3/10 cuz they did very well outside, started off well inside, but failed in the end, as for team 3 they should have also gotten a 3/10 for the same reason.

I would rush from window and one group and someone with me will rush by point A from doors I'm with someone from window xd
Staying together is not the main priority, the priority is to reach the scene.
If you go the wrong way, keep going and take a different route, don't do a u turn...
Once on scene, officers close the roads and then the bearcats lead dismounted swat officers into the scene. A quick check around the house to see if there's any other entry or exit point.
As for breaching, all teams failed miserably due to the lack of trust. You can see it in their movements. Should have pushed in fast like lightning. House should have been cleared in under 10 seconds, instead what happened was a 1 minute of back and forth between officers and gunman.
Strike strike strike, first guy go in and run straight to the closest opposite wall, second guy clears the other corner and the rest charge in to clear the living room, that first push shouldn't take more then a second.
as for bedroom, once cleared, everyone stack up before going into the bedroom, not 2 guys go in, all of you. USE YOUR ADVANTAGE.

If anybody really wants to know how to make a perfect SWAT team I could tell you okay I'm going to walk you through it you're going to make two teams team one team two team one will have one breacher and in team one will be a shield man the rest of team one will have guns team one will go in first if everyone in team one dies team two will go in and then start finishing the job then after all the bad guys should be dead.

Yeah swat usually has 2 or 1 bearcats or bearcat if its a swat raid they will have 2 or 1 but other situations will be treated differently

Bruh this is my opinion… very unrealistic I would have gotten into the door 2 on my right and 1 on my left with the breached in the middle they all follow each other but you need to learn how to communicate well in these situations
