Unless it is a handicapped person or elderly, I don't go over and beyond for anyone. Everyone else are on their own. If said (elderly/handicap) customer opens their garage and tells me to place said large item inside, i'll do it. A few weeks ago, an old lady came out in the rain and asked me about the drop-off then asked could I put it into her garage. Afterwards, she told me she's thankful because she doesn't know how either her or her husband with neck issues could get it inside. She was worried about water damage. Turn out they had a huge plumbing issue and would have to wait a few days for the maintenance men to arrive. Sometimes being a good samaritan can land you a few cash tips. Happened to me quite a few times.
In my opinion, the problem with Roadie is the lack of support for both drivers and senders. If support was easily accessible AND they were open to suggestions (and solving problems) their market share would expand.
I haven't made a delivery from Home Depot through Roadie, since I switched to the Spark Zone closest to my home. They also don't offer any money to pay for cleaning up straw, or soil that might spill during transport.
Great video, keep them coming. Home Depot orders are not worth taking on spark in my opinion. I expect at least 2 dollars per mile. Spark has slowed down plus I see the orders from people not willing to tip at all or as much. But if you take just about every order on spark you can make 1500 a week.
One elephant in the room with Roadeeee is that for the most part women are cut out of doing the larger deliveries. Even if you have space for them you generally aren't able to lift these items so you can't accept the jobs. These tend to be the higher paying orders...
HI. I have a different problem with Roadie. They want me to update my phone. If I can't I can't do any more work for them. I have a Galaxy S8+ and the operating system only goes up to 9 and not 11. It will not update to 11. So I can't do this business for Roadie. Regarding Flowers, I am working for GoFly. It's going well with that.

Yes, if you have an older phone you will have problems with gig apps...same issue with IC.
