Hello this oraimo customer service is very poor, just one morning my oraimo free pod 4 right ear sound was extremely low and the left ear is working very loud and immediately i tried to check all settings but everything is fine. I contacted them to notify them about the challenges I am having if there is any solution, but no single response till now. What's the point of 1 year warranty then?

I own just the freepods 3. And the major issue I have with it is that, the ear tips most times gets stock in my ear when removing the pod from my ear.

I have been using the freepods 3 for about a year now and I have no complaints apart from the ear tips getting loose over the usage period but other than that nothing else, but I'll be upgrading to the 4's very soon

Please my Oraimo freepod 3 left ear bud stopped charging.... After charging the case the right bud is usually 100% but the left bud will be at 20% or 30% then go off after a minute or so.... What can be the cause?

I just did a quick testing and I noticed almost same results.
Quick Result...
ANC freepods 4 is slightly better.
Sound Quality is pretty close. But if you want a winner, then the oraimo freepods 4 sounds more balance with cool highs while rhyme ends with brighter highs.

If you have freepod 3 just continue enjoying it, the ANC on the freepod 4 helps you silence your environment no but still send the noise along your voice to the other party. Freepod 3 sends a better clear voice to the other party without the noise around you

I've used oraimo Freepods 3 going to a year now and I never know of the multi device connection. How is it done?
You can connect two devices at same time. That's your phone and laptop. Connect phone and then laptop.
You can now switch between when you have calls with music playing.
Well, not everyone uses it.
What about phone and tab?
That's my first choice feature that I need in pods.

That shouldn't be a problem at all. I am using Samsung s10 and it works with my infinix and tecno phones too.
I I have and use both, the freepod 3is the best for making calls, I make calls while on bike using freepod 3 and you'll never noticed.
It's not possible to make call on bike with freepod 4, When I made call on freepod 4 with ANC on it will help kill the entire noise around me but will still send the noise along with my voice the the other caller.
Hmm... But have you come to think of this... Both earbuds use same technology yet they act differently under same noisy conditions ??? Just curious...
3 uses ENC. . . 4 uses ANC... . ANC is for the user to enjoy music better without noise from outside. ENC is for callers on the other end to hear you better. So, yes under noisy conditions, 3 should perform better

I'm coming from freepods 3 after it malfunctioned and got lost, and I really liked how it sealed my ears and I liked the sound quality. I'm looking to choose between Oraimo rhyme and freepods 4, they seem quite similar even with the stark price difference and I prefer the case form factor of the ryhme better as it's similar looking to freepods3. Honestly which would you recommend. My priority is fit & sound quality, idc about popup or app features though I'm looking to try anc.
Also pls what about the battery life. my freepods 3 battery was great for me, though the rhyme has less battery, and I can see that some previous pods3 users in the comments aren't too fund of the pods4 battery life too. Did u personally see the the pods4 battery being weaker than the pods3 even with anc on/off??
Go for FreePods 4. The battery life is still decent and better than Rhyme.

1. Are you sure the network is good at the time of making calls?
2. Check if the microphone holes are not blocked by debris or dust or sweat.
3. Check your bluetooth setting for calls.

Yes, go to the bluetooth settings when your earbuds are connected. Click on the gear icon ⚙️. And you will see the settings for calls and audio.
What I suggest you can do is removing one earbud and putting it close to your mouth. But you don't have to do that all the time.

But the main advantage of freepods 3 is the design. Those who don't like in ear type tws has no other better option around this price range. Freepods 3 is extremely comfortable when used without the rubber tips.

No, sir. Only the freepods 3 has a nice fitting generic silicone case. You can get that for 3k or less.
Is it normal for the left ear to get low before the right ear?
From my experience with many eabuds.... Yes (but not all cases). That should be after using for hours. But it shouldn't be too far apart.
For example... you use both earbuds - left and right at same time. After 5 hours 20 mins, left earbud go off and the right is still playing. It is expected of the right earbuds to go off in 30mins or less.
Most times, they go off differently after hours of usage. And sometimes, both go off at same time.

Bro pls verify this(yes I have done reset 3 times).
There is a constant static noise (buzzing sound) from the right tws while listening to music and it's very annoying. This buzzing sound is audible only if you listen so closely. Like when I play music and suddenly click pause. Then this static noise is there for about 1 second and stops. Pls let me know whether this is there on your freepods 3. If not, I should replace them as I am still in replacement period.
Yes, it's real Oraimo freepods 3. I have verified it with the code(and other visual signs as well) and registered for warranty as well.
Note: I really liked the audio quality and mic quality of these oraimo freepods but this static noise is annoying me.

I don't have soudcore but oraimo products. The best is Oraimo Freepods Pro. You can wait for the new Oraimo Freepods Pro 2 coming soon or go for oraimo Freepods 3C for now.
