Amphitheatre Drakensberg overnight hike.

The 2 day hike to the top of the Amphitheatre must be one of the most rewarding overnight hikes you can do anywhere and it is right here in the Northern Drakensberg mountains of South Africa.

I am enough years old to remember when that dirt road was do-able in a plain old 4x2.

We just done it this week and it was -4 at night.... such a beautiful hike to do
