- After months of blind support for Israel, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has admitted that Lebanon-based Hezbollah did not want war. He also admitted that Houthis’ action in the Red Sea was linked to Gaza conflict implying that it was in Israel’s interest to end its excesses.
He was speaking at an event organised by Brookings Institution.

Again, it is strongly believed he was tortured to death. RIP Doctor Al-Bursh.

The "Israelis" in Gaza aren't hostages; they're prisoners of war. Most of them were taken from military bases. And the non active duty people are in the idf reserves, so they're also prisoners of war. If hamas happens to be holding anyone that could be considered a civilian, then the civilians still aren't hostages--they're detainees held under either administrative detention, or have been arresred for being illegal migrants on Palestinian territory.
