    I learned a lot. Now I'm off to take care of the brambles, Poison ivy, etc. in my back yard... Happy bramble busting!

    Double sided hedge cutter wood make a lot shorter work of this. Something like a Stihl HS82 with an 18" or 24" cutting blade would scythe through this lot. Brush cutter blades like this are more useful for when the tall stuff has been cleared and you want to clear closer to ground level... But please wear face protection even if it is only vegetation...

    I use telescopic secateurs to penetrate the bramble mass and cut the stems. Then I use telescopic pruning saw to destroy the arch structure abd collapse the whole thing. Then I burn it after it’s dried up.

    Is this an Oregon blade? I have the one with 3 and 2 knives on them and noticed the one with 2 knives is more stable and gives less vibration. Not faint hearted, but an artificial elbow I have to keep for another 10 years at least!

      I've recently received on of each, 3- and 2-knives. So far I've only run the 2-knife. It had the "shakes" in a couple of rpm ranges. Checked it on my Intermec blade banancer- way off! After a quick balancing, huge difference- WAY smoother. You might want to take yours to a shop that works on rotary mowers, for balancing. Good luck- bonne chance.

    What type is the brush cutter like brand? And what brand is the mulch tool? Appreciate the feedback thank you

    • @SuperRedshark1
      @SuperRedshark1 2 года назад +1

      Great video. I believe the manufacturer of the brushcutter is Husqvarna, you can see the model number in the video it is 135R and you could have worked it out from there. I believe the manufacturer of the mulching blade is Oregon they are reviewed on Amazon. People already gave useful comments about it.
