The best way to describe Jim is that he's too old school for this generation. You want to know how old school he still refers to women's division matches as "The Girls matches". Some may say he's out of touch and his criticism comes off as " Back in my day!!" However, Jim actually knows wrestling but just doesn't like how wrestling has changed. He's still entertaining to listen to though.😂😂

I like most of Jim's content. He's done and said a LOT of stupid shit, but the difference is Jim did come from the territories and he loved that dynamic in wrestling. He was one of the people who loved the way it was and hates what it's become over time, and frankly the one thing I'll say is he's been INCREDIBLY consistent with his opinions. He doesn't waiver from his beliefs and whether I fully agree with every opinion or not, I have to respect where he's coming from... Some people just can't handle the crass way he chooses to explain things... Which I can relate to because most people find me rather abrasive too lol.

Jim is like a wrestling cult leader. He’ll say some of the most indefensible things but his loyal followers will always try and defend him. I don’t hate Jim as much as a lot of other people, more so his brainwashed fans.
Exactly. He is extremely charismatic, and that's all it takes to develop a loyal following. Doesn't matter what stupid stuff he says, as long as people agree with it, or find it funny, they will keep listening.

I like most of Jim's content. He's done and said a LOT of stupid shit, but the difference is Jim did come from the territories and he loved that dynamic in wrestling. He was one of the people who loved the way it was and hates what it's become over time, and frankly the one thing I'll say is he's been INCREDIBLY consistent with his opinions. He doesn't waiver from his beliefs and whether I fully agree with every opinion or not, I have to respect where he's coming from... Some people just can't handle the crass way he chooses to explain things... Which I can relate to because most people find me rather abrasive too lol.

Corny is the man. Very entertaining. I had to unsubscribe a couple months ago because every clip on the channel somehow becomes about AEW or Tony Kahn (even when it’s a review of a WWE match). It became obvious he was leaning into the fanbase of his that likes to hear him trash AEW
I'll say this. When he's talking about the territory days and the history of the business, there's probably no better storyteller at that then him, but a lot of stuff he's said about modern wrestling has turned me off to him in recent years.
Corny is great, he LOVES wrestling but todays wrestling isn’t wrestling. Idc what anyone says but when someone who was in the wrestling business for 40 years, raised the greatest OVW class of 2002 and produced the greatest mid 2000 wrestling TV in ROH people should listen to this guy because he knows wrestling better than most alive.
