This team went 2/2 against Arizona last year and 2/1 against Kentucky. Call them a small school but at practice they’re very focused and laid back as a former college athlete this is a very inspiring program. Great coaching and everyone at all times is working on something at practice and peoples attitudes were upbeat.
I wish I would have put more effort into baseball growing up. I thought cruising through the ranks on talent alone was going to get me places, until i got to college and found out they will take 10 guys who work hard before 1 guy with talent. now I'm filled with regrets and what if's. Play hard, work harder boys.

This is real interesting. I'm a huge baseball fan from the UK and learning more about the game all the time, these sorts of videos are super interesting. How comes they're using metal bats if it's D1? I would have thought in prep for the step up to the big leagues they'd be using wooden bats
so once you get drafted there are usually 3 lower league teams and you use wood bats in those leagues. i honestly couldn’t tell you why they don’t use wood bats in college.
@@conradowens02 Yeah, I'm reading "Future Value" at the moment and it's all about scouting and projecting etc and I just wondered how the hell you can reliably make a call on a guy's hitting profile if all of the amateur evaluating is done using a completely different bat that alters the hit profile anyway!
