Being a parent is a hard job. Being a single parent without any support from the father is a harder job. Being a single parent with a child with disabilities has ought to be one of the hardest jobs. Katie does this role with grace, love, compassion and strength and their bond is incredible. Truly admirable. Harvey is so precious and loved, and they without a doubt deserve at minimum an apology. I hope Frankie is a better father than I expect with the level of cruelty. I hope he trapped a good woman who can teach his children some kindness and humility.

My son also has autism and learning disabilities, when you have children with difficulties they need you to stick up for them, and defend them . The world is a cruel place and people have no idea just how challenging it can be but also very rewarding. Well done Katie she's a mom and like all moms loves her son and will do what's necessary to ensure he gets treated with respect and decency disabled or not.

I will never forget when this happened I was going through my own sons diagnosis, this programme shows great awareness for all disabilities. But still breaks my heart what all people with disabilities go through on a daily basis. 🙏🏼

11 years later and she’s still a fantastic mom to all her kids but especially Harvey, she’s had laws put in place in his name.. say what you want about her but she’s a hard working, amazing mom.

I am absolutely sick seeing some of these comments! I think Katie is an amazing mother and Harvey is beyond precious! I have worked with disabled children. They are beyond precious and have some of the kindest hearts. Anyone who can support such disgusting comments about a poor boy who was born with such disabilities is disgusting! I think Katie is brave and an absolute gem! I love how she brought awareness to the world on the difficulties of raising a disabled child but how satisfying, rewarding, and loving that child is to raise and she has become such an amazing mother!Go pricey! To joke about rape, a living breathing child having such a strong disability which has affected his entire life and about somebody that has been forced to deal with it and *has* dealt with it severely well on national television is a little bit degrading for them. Katie is a really inspirational strong woman who has had too many boob jobs and put herself out there too much but that's been her decision and a child who she has mothered and cared for EXTREMELY well shouldn't have to watch people laugh like that. It's extraordinary that because it was presented as a joke people don't consider it to be bullying. If in a playground there was a group of 200 children and one of them said something really vulgar, blunt and an all round nasty comment which also happened to be put in perspective of a funny joke and those 199 children laughed hysterically in the face of that disabled person wouldn't that be classed as bullying? Ultimately this is what has happened instead it was many more people laughing and it was on Television. No hate, just giving my opinion.
