But the non-Muslims can divorce and then she runs away with her lover the next day while maybe being pregnant the day before with her former husband. Then the new man thinks that the child is his. This is oppression against the child of not knowing his/her father, being in doubt.

If a man marries a woman but does not consummate the marriage, meaning no intercourse occurred, then the woman does not have to observe an 'iddah (waiting period) and he can divorce her. If he has had intercourse with her and then he divorces her at that time, then that is an invalid divorce. Rather he has to wait till she gets her menses after the last intercourse, then she becomes clean and then gets her menses and becomes clean, and no intercourse at all during that time, then he can divorce her. And then her 'Iddah (waiting period) begins. He has to pay for her expenes and not kick her out of the house unless she has done immoral things. During her 'iddah (waiting period), they may regret and miss one another, and he can take her back. If he takes her back it will be counted that one Talaq (divorce) has occurred. He is allowed this up to three times. Then if he divorces her the third time, he cannot take her back unless she has married someone else and then divorced him. Narrated Ibn 'Umar رضي الله عنما: In the time of Allah's Messenger ﷺ, he ('Abdullah Ibn 'Umar) divorced his wife while she was menstruating, so (his father) 'Umar (Ibn Al-Khattab رضي الله عنه) asked Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) about that and he replied: "Command him (your son) to take her back and keep her till she is purified (from menses), has another period, and is then purified. If he then wishes he may keep her, and if he wishes he may divorce her before having intercourse with her. That is the 'Iddah (period of waiting) which Allah Commanded for the divorce of women." Zina is bad indeed. I talk to a lot of sisters and if we don’t uphold the rights of everyone we will create situations where zina happens. We have to uphold rights for men, women, children, parents, employees, employers, teachers, students, etc. In many domestic situations, there is an unhealthy power imbalance between the spouses. Sometimes in favour of the wife, sometimes in favour of the husband.
A few years back, a lot of imams were pushing for early marriage to avoid zinah and there was a big wave of young, married couples. And we are now experiencing a big wave of young couples divorcing. Whilst there certainly is wisdom in Islam, it should be applied with wisdom. A lot of these young men, jumping into marriages in order to be able to fulfil their desires, while being unable to fulfil their obligations as a husband, such as financial responsibilities, is a recipe for disaster. If a man marries a woman but does not consummate the marriage, meaning no intercourse occurred, then the woman does not have to observe an 'iddah (waiting period) and he can divorce her.
But if the marriage has been consummated, then he is not allowed to divorce her until she is clean and no intercorce has occurred. If he has had intercourse with her and then he divorces her at that time, then that is an invalid divorce. Rather he has to wait till she gets her menses after the last intercourse, then she becomes clean and then gets her menses and becomes clean, and no intercourse at all during that time, then he can divorce her. And then her 'Iddah (waiting period) begins. He has to pay for her expenes and not kick her out of the house unless she has done immoral things. During her 'iddah (waiting period), they may regret and miss one another, and he can take her back. If he takes her back it will be counted that one Talaq (divorce) has occurred. He is allowed this up to three times. Then if he divorces her the third time, he cannot take her back unless she has married someone else and then divorced him.

In the time of Allah's Messenger ﷺ, he ('Abdullah Ibn 'Umar) divorced his wife while she was menstruating, so (his father) 'Umar (Ibn Al-Khattab رضي الله عنه) asked Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) about that and he replied: "Command him (your son) to take her back and keep her till she is purified (from menses), has another period, and is then purified. I think in general, Muslim society is finally bouncing back from the heavy influence of the west & returning to the pure aqeeda of Islam.
Speaking from where I stand, I see that many people from the 80s/90s generation had delayed their marriage a lot & some even still aren't married now, may Allah guide them. But on the other hand I see the younger generation are moving towards early marriage with families more willing to support the couple financially until they can be independent, & the youth themselves looking for Islamic values rather than surface stuff of high mehr & fancy cars.
So I'm hopeful for the future of Muslims inshaAllah to build a new generation of families that instill the correct values of Islam & encourage lowering the gaze & wearing correct hijab & aiming for young marriage

I’m a practicing Muslim, but there’s no way I’m gonna marry off my teenage daughter without her having an education …in case that same husband decides to beat her or leave her. We need to be realistic about life. We are not in the Middle East, where divorced women go back to their fathers for protection and providing. In the west, everyone is on their own.
For that you need to look for a real muslim man and also education can continue even after marriage, you need to get out of cultural demands and expectations, a teenage who is in not an ideal marriage is better than who commits fornication, and it is not guaranteed that he/she will have a bad marriage. You have to look for a family where ideally they will pay for her education after marriage but there is nothing wrong if you pay for it there is nothing wrong if you both families decide that till he gets job she will live with you and they will meet whenever they want go outside etc .
