I love Anastacia. She’s dealt with crohn's disease, supraventricular tachycardia and battled breast cancer TWICE. Amazing, and at 51 years old, 21 years after appearing on The Cut, she still sounds frickin’ awesome with her unique powerhouse vocals!
I was very shocked how strong she sounded on some of these songs. I just wish she attempted the full on belt in the climax of You'll Never be Alone, the song loses the exciting quality.
@@popland1977 Exactly. That was the only flaw of this mini concert. There's no point in singing Ynba if you skip the high note. But I was proud of her when she attempted the high note in Loa. She went for it like a pro. Heavy on my heart was also very good. In my humble opinion she should be focusing on the quality of her singing rather than the quantity. She put too much strain on her voice in the last 5 years.

@@popland1977 I just hope she will find the right balance between performing recording and working on other projects unrelated to her voice( she's been talking about writing an autobiography, and I think she could definitely do some TV.)

She really gives me goosebumps and tears in my eyes. That voice is one of a kind. She totally rocks. Don't know where she gets the strength from being so positive but I truly admire her.
This concert is sooo amazing❤. I love to hear her sing all the deep cuts. I mean... when was the last time she sang Lifeline😍??? And more than that... she sounded so freaking good! Her voice was ON POINT that night and most of all, she seemed to be well rested. Can't wait for a new album💘. She is the gift that keeps giving😙

I am glad someone gets it! it really isn't ( only) about her skills and voice! It must have been so moving to be there, the audience was very warm-hearted!
I'm so happy she took a much needed rest, she had been touring and making albums all at once for about five years and sounded so burnt out and exhausted. Honestly she sounded the worst of her entire career in the last few years and this is a much needed improvement

Honestly, I disagree with people focusing solely on her vocal health and performances, they definitely do not understand what Anastacia is and has become, as an artist and as such a person to look up to. The songs she chose to sing here represent a story, her story and our story as well, just like she explained, and I think it is very profound and insightful that she always tries to deliver a message while performing, something that goes way beyond her unique and amazing vocal skills. She sounds and looks great! recently I remember a few of the songs I heard from her back in the day that I loved and still do and was wondering how she was doing. I was sad to know she went through so much struggle, but I'm glad to see she's gaining back her strength , I hope we get to see more of her around.
