Super interesting. Knowing when to attack and where to place my units is the question I ask myself every turn. Since I didn't have any answer I have a super bad habit to rush into ennemy's side and lose my unit, because I don't want to stay idle. But this concept of leverage is super interesting, the way you shift just a little your army from a point to another to control the map without overextending is incredible. I hope I'll be able to do so. I actually manage to won a game Day 8 thanks to your video about mastering tempo with recons, so I hope I'll be able to exploit this concept aswell.
insightful commentary as always. I wonder how this applies to different maps - stitch monster has those center contested properties, but often we find ourselves on wyj maps with just a lab surrounded by 8 shoals in the center a very minor production note: you might consider changing one player's army in the replay viewer if the colors are similar. I usually play as black hole, but will switch off if I see my opponent is purple lighting or grey sky because of how similar the cities or armies look
