Man, you guys did an unbelievable, remarkable, awesome job. I'm 61 yrs old and I grew up in the 70's in my early teens, and I have first hand experience dealing with racial prejudices and bigotry and you really had to have been there to really appreciate what he was going through. Now days the notion that an asian can't carry a lead role in a movie is preposterous and ridiculous but that was the sentiment and attitudes back then. Thank you so much for doing this. You guys really did it justice and I'm sure Bruce Lee would be happy and proud. Bruce Lee was just a genius and he broke so many barriers for all minorities.
This show was a big surprise to me. I just started watching it last year, cuz it happened to b on HBOMax. I feel in love w/ it after the very first altercation Ah Sahm had. Then reading about how Bruce wanted to portray this character back in the 70’s, but it was never made. It’s amazing to c his work, from decades ago, finally b brought to life. 🤲🏼🌹🌹🤲🏼

My dad and my uncles grew up watching Bruce lee when they were kids now I even grew up watching Bruce lee I still watch Bruce lee til this day he’s a legend for sure
I saw a video about Master Bruce lee in the US working on Green Hornet show , The Interviewer asked where Bruce was from , and Master Bruce said he actually was from Hong Kong , that was his own words , There we got it clear

She verified it in the US citizenship questionnaire in 1941 and lied about the German parent during the Japanese occupation. His great grandfather was a Dutch Jew of German ancestry which is the origin of German connection.
