Solo cleaner, went for a walk thru with a potential client, I do comercial cleaning, so I had an idea about the time it would take me, so when I offered the price it was below the actual clenaing company but not low enough for him. We were not a fit, does not matter that the cleaners he has now are not doing their job right, he wanted the cheapest possible,legal invoicing and...it was a good experience for me. If you are working in a medical environment, the EPA has lists of registered disinfectants that will kill specific pathogens, COVID for example. If you stick to commercial brands for example Diversey, 3M, and so on their disinfectants work well and are registered.
