To get started on your health, Push-ups are great choice, Bodyweight squats are excellent. But skip sit-ups! They can cause more strain than benefit. Instead try 60 second planks (you can start with 30 and move up). Other than planks, you can also substitute deadbugs and that combination will be better for your core than sit-ups! To succeed remember the goal is to be consistent and patient. Don’t overdue it and try to rush results by risking injury. Basically be kind to yourself.
I want to third this!! This is what me and my dad do at martial arts (and my dad just turned 50.) It's much better for your "anti-aging" goals if you avoid sit-ups and find an alternative to strengthening your core. Your back will thank you tremendously by day 40. You got this!!!!!!

Roughly 36:16 I don't know about other RUclipsrs, but I find that I just can NOT edit audio with background music. I can art, make title cards or read, even game, but even if it's a chill, instrumental bit of music, I can't edit. It has to be quiet.
This has to be one of the best VODs I've seen in a while. Impulse, less focused streams lend themselves quite well for more greatness like this. Don't forget that these moments are worth living and that, while being more focused is important, these interactions cannot be replaced by any building. I believe there are moments for you to be productive, but don't hesitate to be part of these interactions. This is a server, not a single-player world, give yourself time to enjoy it. isn't the usual cause to mic popping due to a grounding issue... Edit: caught up to the part about pluging into a USB hub -- which is ok! if its a powered USB, just make sure that USB Hub's power supply is grounded well too!
I don't quite understand how a ground issue can cause popping. are you getting this confused with a 60hz hum? that is a common ground issue with audio. Not so much with USB audio.
@@NedJeffery if it's a faulty USB cable on the ground pin sure. I bought a USB cable tester a while back to trouble shoot something similar on my setup, sure enough replacing the bad usb cable fixed it.

Yep, you're popping. That sound reminds me of when you are using an ASIO audio interface, And the latency is set too low, like 64 samples or less. This is because when the processor is busy for longer than 64 samples worth (about 1.25ms), the audio buffer won't get processed in time and it clicks. Increase latency to 128 samples or more, and hopefully it be fine. As you mentioned, the USB port you are plugged into can sometimes effect this if that bus is a low priority.
I did the wordle while watching the vod (before they talked about it) and I got it in two, but the word was the word I usually start with but I was doing a different word because my brother was giving me flack for using the same word every day
some dogs are comfortable in enclosed spaces as it makes them feel sheltered like a den when they were wild. just like livestock guardian dogs HATE enclosed spaces and need to roam around. depends on dog, mannerisms, and temperament. but its not cruel, and considering how much gem takes her pup out for hikes, walks, and other enriching activities her dog is well balanced, happy, and healthy. 🤗
What a fun stream, I enjoyed hearing people's experiences on TwitchCon and hopes/dreams/future plans. Everyone's just so diverse and adds color to other people who have completely different thoughts in this community.

Depending on training, crates can be a safe space for the dog, it doesn't necessarily have to be a punishment box
