I went thru a pretty bad break up 6 months ago & fell off completely. Now I’m 1 month sober & 2 weeks into working out 4 days a week. Even managed to get a new job last month as well. Focus on building yourself up fam & you’ll come out the other side stronger and better than ever before. You got this 💪🏽🔥

Holy shit this was somehow the most therapeutic ASMR video Ive ever experienced. Like my thoughts and emotions somehow just perfectly lined up with the different parts of the video, as if she was *actually* pulling my streeses and anxieties out of me. It was like actual magic. What a great video.

@@watchdog4454 Marijuana use disorder is not something that will effect everyone and only 1 in 10 users may become addicted. It should be respected and understood, but the reefer madness nonsense has no grounding in facts. Smoking any substance is bad for your lungs. Marijuana in other forms is not inherently unhealthy.

I've only been watching ASMR vids for a year or so. Still trying to see what works for me but there are only 3 or 4 vids that I've found that really give me tingles and put me to sleep. Two of them are Luna's, this one and one of her measuring vids. Soo relaxing, thank you 😊

@@LunaBloomASMR no prob! So one is from a page called Ecuador Live and the person is called Dona Esperanza. She performs some sort of traditional Ecuadorian energy cleansing ritual, I think it's her voice and the way she whispers in Spanish that does it for me. ruclips.net/video/XQYjN8QvHCw/видео.html
Next is a page called Celaine's ASMR, one vid especially it's like a makeover and she is plucking eyebrows while saying pluck which I've heard you do also. She also makes like a clicking sound which I've heard you do too, so nice! ruclips.net/video/iAIhKNzaLL0/видео.html
The last one is by a barber and his page is called ASMR Anil Cakmak, a lot of his vids are very similar but quite relaxing. He uses these pen type objects as part of the routine, one red and one white and the sound is just great 😂 ruclips.net/video/gS4j9YpHsC0/видео.html
